Cancellation Policy for Registration

Registration payments will be refunded as 50% of the payment if a written cancellation is received by Topkon Travel before November 18, 2024.

Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after November 19, 2024. Please contact Topkon Congress Services for your group registration and accommodation requests.
